Why book a professional wedding photographer?

 

We are both full-time professional wedding photographers. This is all we do to earn a living so it is in our best interests to give you the very best experience with your wedding photography so that you will refer us to friends. 90% of our work comes from word of mouth recommendations.

 

As full-time professional wedding photographers, we are fully insured with both public liability and professional indemnity insurance. This is something many part time wedding photographers go without.

 

The equipment we use is the very highest quality and we carry back ups of everything including camera bodies, lenses and lighting. Your wedding photography is too important to risk with someone who is not prepared for something breaking.

 

Our time is dedicated fully to wedding photography. You can contact us at any time during the week to discuss your wedding photography. This is not possible if a photographer has a full time job and they are unable to answer their phone.

 

We will not be called to work last minute on your wedding day. Once you book us, we will be at your wedding. Should anything unforseen happen to either of us, we have a network of other professional wedding photographers we can call on to cover for us. This works on a reciprocal basis between a professional network.

 

We are Members of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers. In 2012, we were awarded honorary Fellowship of the Society in recognition of the work we do mentoring and judging for the Society. This is a fairly rare honour and one we would not have achieved without the commitment we have for our work. All too often we read in the papers of people who have truested their wedding photography to an amateur to save money. Is it really worth that risk?
