Your Wedding Day - Our Wedding Photography
We understand how important your wedding day is and we believe we are there to be a part of it and not to take it over. We are very happy to fit in with your plans and also to advise if you have any questions.
Generally the day will start with the Bridal preparations, photographing those final exciting moments with the girls. Details of your dress, your shoes, final touches of make-up and fun moments with Mum and your Bridesmaids. This time passes so quickly, photographs of this stage are a fantastic reminder! If the Groom is getting ready in the same location, we will also photograph him and the boys.
During the ceremony, photography is at the discretion of the celebrant. We are discreet and don't use flash so all of your attention will be on what is really important.
After the wedding ceremony, you will most likely want some group photographs with family and friends. We are very happy to take these photographs for you. We suggest keeping the number of formal groups to around six although if you would like more, we are happy to oblige.
Our stylish signature shots, for which we are well known, actually take very little time. We will take you both away for five or ten minutes a few times during the day. We will already have identified the location and sorted the lighting, so we just need to bring you in to the image, have a little fun and get you back to the party!
During the reception and speeches, we will be looking out for those small moments when people are unaware of the camera. These images really show the characters of your guests.
We usually remain at your wedding until the first dance, your first dance as husband and wife, before leaving you to carry on celebrating into the night!
