    Goodwood Hotel wedding photography

On Friday we were at the Goodwood Hotel to photograph the wedding of Emma and Tom. Emma and Tom both work at the hotel and their colleagues were all delighted to see them in their wedding finery! As with all events at Goodwood, the day was perfect, if a little chilly and after a civil ceremony in the Oaks room, the guests enjoyed a sweet table before sitting down to dinner. We were able to take Emma and Tom to the Goodwood Hill Start for a few photos together although the bitter wind kept our time outside to a minimum so we then went back indoors for some more creative images in the warm! We wish Emma and Tom all the best for their future together.

Nigerian Wedding Photography at The Grosvenor Park Lane Hotel

On Saturday we photographed the wedding of Wura and Ayo at the Grosvenor Park Lane Hotel. It was a huge event with over 600 guests, most of whom had flown from Nigeria to celebrate with the couple. As with all African weddings there was lots of colour and dancing! As a surprise, Nigerian pop sensation Wizkid flew in from Nigeria to perform at the evening reception which took place in the Great Room. We wish Wura and Ayo all the very best for the future!

    Goodwood House Wedding Photographers

We were delighted to have been invited to Goodwood House to meet with couples attending their open day in February. Goodwood is definitely one of our favourite venues! As well as being local it is where Barrie and I previously met and worked and also where we got engaged ourselves. We are recommended wedding photographers at Goodwood and have photographed the weddings of a number of the staff both at the House and also at the Goodwood Hotel.

During the course of the day we met with lots of couples who are either planning their wedding or who have already booked Goodwood as their wedding venue and it was lovely to see the buzz around the House which had been beautifully decorated for the event. We took a number of photographs for Goodwood, some of which are shown below.

If you are looking to find Goodwood House wedding photographers with plenty of experience of the venue at all times of year please do get in touch, we would love to hear from you!

    Wasing Park Wedding Photography

It is said that rain on your wedding day is lucky because a wet knot is hard to undo. If this is the case then Louise and Max are set to have a very long and happy marriage as the rain did not stop all day! Although the weather was a far cry from what they are used to in Hong Kong where they live, their wedding day was fun from start to finish! People make a wedding and Max and Louise’s family and friends were warm and welcoming and having a wonderful time!

The couple celebrated with a civil ceremony in the Garden Room at Wasing Park followed by a religious blessing in the tiny Church of St Nicholas, just a short walk from the venue. After the ceremony, we made the most of the pretty church for group shots with friends and family and also some portraits of the couple on their own together before going in to the Castle Barn for the wedding breakfast. I was so impressed, Louise had made origami Cranes for all the guests to take home, this must have taken forever to do and more patience than I could ever have! The Bridal party shimmied in to the wedding breakfast before enjoying some hilarious speeches from both fathers, Max and his two best men.

In the evening, entertainment was provided by the party band Oomph. If you are looking for a wedding band, I would thoroughly recommend them! A photo booth and sweet table kept the guests more than happy and we left the party in full swing. It was clearly going to be a brilliant evening!

Louise and Max are now back in Hong Kong, in significantly warmer weather before heading to Bali for a honeymoon soon. We loved being part of their wedding day and we wish them all the very best for the future!
